All Known Around Here products are made to order.

Processing & Production
Please allow approximately 1–6 business days for your order to be produced before shipment.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

For U.S. orders using our standard Special Line shipping method, delivery typically takes approximately 5–7 business days after the order has shipped.

Please note that production time and shipping time are separate.

Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.

Delivery Delays
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Customers may be responsible for additional shipping charges if an order must be reshipped because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.
