Known Around Here Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@knownaroundhereco.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging, when applicable

Once your claim is reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Items must not be worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery in order to qualify for a replacement or refund, unless the issue itself is a manufacturing defect.

Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Order cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund.
